About us
We have over 40 years of conferencing experience to offer discerning clients.
Having also experienced outsourced conferencing as customers in the UK, we understand how people often feel over-charged and under-whelmed. We want to offer something different. Something bespoke that exceeds client expectation.
Since 2019, we have hosted conferences for select NHS bodies and feel that our attention to detail and our drive to offer good value, has put us in an enviable position to take this forward for others.

Amazing Buffet Lunches
We have a great catering team who have exceeded all our expectations to the delight of our clients who rave about their food. It really is good!
No same-old-same-old. A professional Chef who is on his top game! Keen to win repeat business by excelling in the kitchen. Your guest will be wowed and they will remember their day with you for a long time!
Dietary Needs
Its important that guests feel looked after and special diets can often feel overlooked. Catered for - Yes. Impressed - often not the case!
One Gluten Free guest told us that it is such a change to have a buffet that is a treat to eat. GF and other dietary needs can often sadly sometimes mean second rate!
Full I.T. - Even DVD or CD Production!
Squealing microphones that no one can hear? Not here, Thanks.
Projector screens or TV's that no one can see or hear? Nope!
Cold Room? Baking Room? Not here!
We have high quality equipment that exceeds the provision of many similar venues.
We can record and produce CD's or even DVD's of your event, we can also livestream your conference as well as offer an event with seamless audio visual (Mac or Windows).
We are conversant with MS Teams, Zoom, Skype etc and enjoy the back up of 4g should wifi ever drop.
Rooms?
We have a few to choose from including the 250+ seat Liberty Hall, The 50 seat Oak Barn, the smaller 25 seat Acorn room as well as a few cosy hideaways!

Our seating was imported from the U.S. We think our chairs offer an excellent level of comfort for a whole day seated.

We can park around 100 cars on site. No long walks, no stress, no hassle to park, no one nipping off to feed the meter!

Who wants to sit in a conference room all day with no windows?
We have more windows and natural daylight than you can shake a stick at! In fact, we have opening skylights too so that it doesnt
get too stuffy!

Easy To Get To?
We are midway between junction 2 & 3 of the M27. We are just off the A27 Salisbury road and about 15 minutes from the M3 (via M27)
and yet....
we are in the peaceful secluded setting of the Test Valley with no passing traffic and a 5 minute drive from the New Forest National Park.

Dunwood Oaks is a fantastic conference venue - light and airy, with great acoustics and many different options for room layouts.
As good as the space is, the things that really sets it apart is the attention to detail from you and your lovely team. From all the work beforehand, such as making sure the seats were chosen for maximum comfort; to the amazing lunch time spread (such a shame I had to dash - but thank you for the offer of a doggy bag); to my personal pot of Haribos. Truly spoilt."
